Winter Clinic Skills Progression – 2 Sessions, Maximum Impact

This winter, we’re dialing in on lacrosse IQ and execution. Two focused 4-week sessions designed to give players more reps, smarter reads and game ready confidence.

Pick one or go all in for the full progression. Limited spots!

Session 1: Small-Sided Games & Tactics (Weeks 1–4)

Sharpen your lacrosse instincts in small sided scenarios where every touch counts. Players learn how to create space, communicate under pressure and make split second reads that translate directly to full field play.

Highlights:

  • 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4 tactical scenarios
  • Offensive spacing and movement patterns
  • Defensive rotations and slide communication
  • Goalie training at every session (angles, clearing, reaction drills)

Players leave with improved stickwork, footwork and tactical awareness. Ready to move faster and think smarter.

Session 2: Small-Sided Situations – Player Up / Player Down (Weeks 5–8)

Take your game awareness and execution to the next level. This session focuses on special situations, where smart, fast play makes the difference.

Highlights:

  • Player-up offense: ball movement, quick sticks and finishing
  • Player-down defense: slides, positioning and anticipation
  • Ride and clear systems under pressure
  • Draw control and transition reads
  • Goalie training every week (situational focus & live reps)

Players leave this session ready to handle the chaos and own clutch situations.

Why do both?

Session 1 builds your tactical base. Session 2 sharpens your situational awareness and team response.
Together, they deliver smarter play and faster execution on the field.

Train like you play. Play like you’ve trained.
